The non-segregated and non-denominational Lafayette Cemetery No.1 in the Garden District of New Orleans (prior City of Lafayette and annexed by New Orleans in 1852) was established in 1833 on the prior Livaudais family plantation. It is the oldest of city cemeteries.
I enjoy experiencing moments in time and space that attract my attention and preserving them in photographic media.
