Description
Ornate entrance to Chicago landmark Sullivan Center at city's center, State and Madison (1 South State Street), was developed by famed architect Louis Sullivan and has hosted a retail business since 1899. It's mostly known as being a Carson Pirie and Scott flagship downtown store which it occupied from 1904 until 2007. Since then it was transformed to a Target store.
